As a Teacher, you will play a key role in our dynamic community of educators, where every contribution is valued and essential to our collective success. What You’ll Do:
- Engage with children daily, witnessing firsthand how your influence fosters their growth and development.

- Work together to design daily lesson plans that spark curiosity and meet diverse developmental needs.
- Build strong, transparent relationships with parents through meaningful conversations, emails, and communication sheets.

- Represent our institution with professionalism and positivity at all times.

Compensation:
-Hourly pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00, reflecting your dedication and hard work.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, day shift
- 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM (8-hour shift)
- 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM (8-hour shift)
-We can also accommodate a schedule from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM and then return from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, ensuring you receive full-time pay. This option is ideal for those attending school in between shifts.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A minimum of an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree, including at least 12 credit hours in child development or early childhood education, is required.
- At least one year of experience in a licensed childcare facility is essential.
- Comfort with classroom technology, including iPads and laptops, is crucial for success in this role.
- Physical requirements include the ability to sit, stoop, and bend to effectively connect with students.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds may be necessary in certain classrooms.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification are required.
- Successful completion of pre-employment , drug test, alright with wearing a uniform daily, and fingerprint background checks is mandatory.
Lead Teacher Qualifications:
- Six months of teaching experience or three semester hours in Early Childhood Education or Child Development Curriculum, along with three months of teaching experience.
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Child Development Associate Certification
(Preferred)

- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Comfortable using classroom technology, such as iPads and laptops.
- Able to engage with students by sitting, stooping, and bending down to their level.

- Effectively manage scheduling and preparation.
- Participate in monthly staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your professional development.
