OBarto STEM & Childcare was never meant to be “just a daycare.”
It was built from our own lived experience as parents, educators, and lifelong learners.
We understand what it feels like to drop your child off each morning.
We understand the weight of trust.
That is why our program is intentionally small.
That is why we lead with both heart and structure.
That is why education, safety, and emotional security are non-negotiable here.
This school carries our name because it carries our standards.

We are not absentee owners.
We are present, daily, and personally invested in every child who walks through our doors.
Georgia is not just our daughter — she is the reason this school exists.
As a husband-and-wife leadership team, we combine:
• Mathematics & special education
• Physical education & leadership
• Business structure & compliance
• And real-world parenting experience
We do not separate “administration” from “family.”
We believe leadership should be visible, accessible, and accountable.
• Direct communication
• High standards
• Academic intention
• Emotional warmth
• Transparency in operations
• Long-term vision for growth

If our name is on the building, our integrity is in every decision.
We are building something long-term.
And we are honored that families choose to build it with us.
