We utilize Brightwheel to provide consistent, real-time communication with families. Educators document daily routines including meals, diapering, naps, activities, and developmental observations.
This structured system ensures transparency while allowing families to remain connected to their child’s day in a professional and organized manner.
Program updates, reminders, and billing communications are distributed through Brightwheel to maintain clarity and consistency.
Intentional Nutrition
At OBarto STEM & Childcare, nutrition is an extension of our curriculum.
Balanced, home-prepared meals are served daily, including breakfast, morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack.
We prioritize:
• Whole ingredients
• Balanced macronutrients
• Exposure to new foods
• Structured mealtime routines
Weekly menus are shared with families through Brightwheel.
