Admissions & School Information

Enrollment at OBarto STEM School is intentionally limited to preserve our small-by-design structure. Families are encouraged to schedule a tour and begin the admissions process early, as select openings may require joining a waitlist.

Current Openings:

• STEM School — Limited openings beginning March 2026

• Infant Program — Limited openings beginning August 2026

Because we maintain small class sizes, spaces fill quickly.

Placement is finalized once the admissions process is complete and enrollment agreements are signed.

Our admissions process is designed to ensure alignment between your family and our program.

Step 1: Submit an Inquiry

Step 2: Receive the Parent Program Guide

Step 3: Schedule a Private Tour (when licensing is finalized)

Step 4: Administrative Review

Step 5: Enrollment Offer & Registration

Enrollment is considered a mutual decision. We seek families who value structure, communication, academic growth, and partnership.

Prior to a child’s first day, families complete enrollment agreements, review the Family Handbook, and submit all state-required health and medical documentation.

Detailed requirements are provided during the admissions process.

We provide breakfast, morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack daily. Dietary accommodations are made with prior notice.

OBarto STEM School operates as a full-time program to ensure consistency, academic continuity, and strong peer relationships. Part-time enrollment is not available.

Our curriculum integrates hands-on STEM exploration, leadership development, and structured academic foundations. Detailed curriculum information is available on our Curriculum page.

Schedule a Private Tour

Tours are offered by appointment only and are scheduled based on current availability.

Because we operate a structured, full-day academic program, tours are typically held in the evenings beginning at 5:00 PM to ensure minimal disruption to our students’ routines.

We thoughtfully prepare for each family visit, as this is an opportunity for us to determine mutual fit. We appreciate your respect for the time and intention that goes into this process.

Before requesting a tour, we ask that families:

• Confirm our operating hours (7:30 AM – 5:30 PM) align with their needs

• Review tuition information

• Read our Parent Handbook and Contract in full

Our program structure, policies, and enrollment expectations are firm and designed to maintain consistency for all enrolled families.

Due to limited enrollment and small class sizes, tour rescheduling may impact position availability.

We look forward to meeting families who value intentional, structured early education.
