At O’Barto’s Childcare LLC - In-home, we offer a unique experience that differentiates us from traditional programs. While we provide all the essential resources of a center or facility, we create a warm, in-home atmosphere with low child-to-caregiver ratios. Don’t hesitate to reach out! Please email us at enrollment@obartoschildcarellc.com or fill out the contact form below to learn more!
Please reach us at enrollment@OBartoschildcarellc.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Once you’ve completed a tour and are interested in enrolling, please follow up with OBarto STEM & Childcare. Enrollment is a mutual decision — both your family and the OBarto Administration must feel confident that it’s the right fit.
Please note that all positions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We often have multiple families touring for the same opening. If we believe that more than one family is a great fit, the space will be allocated to the first party to officially claim it by submitting the required holding fee.
To enroll your child at O’Barto’s Childcare LLC, please begin by filling out the enrollment form on our website. Once submitted, we’ll reach out to schedule a tour and share more information about our program.
If both parties agree it’s a great fit following the tour, we’ll create a family portal for you on Brightwheel. A one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee will be added to your account to secure your child’s spot and cover potential damages during their time with us.
From there, our OBarto STEM & Childcare admissions paperwork will be available for digital completion for your convenience.
Before your child’s first day, a 2025 Family Handbook & Contract must be reviewed and signed. In addition, KDHE-required forms—including the Medical Record: Medical History, Medical History Continuation, and Child Health Assessment—must be completed by your child’s physician and uploaded to your Brightwheel portal.
The Emergency Medical Care Release Form, along with acknowledgment of the OBarto STEM & Childcare policies, must also be signed to confirm your understanding and agreement. All required documents must be submitted before care can begin.
We provide a healthy breakfast, morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack each day. If your child has any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know so we can make the appropriate accommodations.
Our program is full-time only and designed for consistency. Families may use their spot at will, but we do not offer part-time care due to our individualized curriculum model.
We purchase the Experience Curriculum for each individual student every month to support personalized learning and development. For more details, please visit the Curriculum tab on our website.
We are conveniently located near 151st Street & Our-Len Road in Olathe, KS 66062.
Currently: OBarto STEM & Childcare is open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

At OBarto STEM & Childcare, we believe outdoor play is essential for children’s physical health, emotional well-being, and cognitive development. Weather permitting, children go outside twice daily—once in the morning and once in the afternoon—or for one extended hour in the morning, depending on weather conditions.
We follow KDHE guidelines and adjust outdoor time based on temperature, wind chill, heat index, and air quality:
At OBarto STEM & Childcare, we want to be as transparent as possible. We work so hard to be the very best for our community.

At OBarto STEM & Childcare, we have a strict illness policy. Children can come back 24 hours after symptoms have cleared with a doctor's note. Then 48 hours without a doctor's note. Our handbook provides an in-depth look at this policy. This helps all parties stay healthy and supports the teachers' well-being.
Please check out our curriculum tab up top to find a detailed outline of our daily schedule. It does change based on seasons and weather.
